Para-to-Teacher Tuition Support for Exceptional Student Educators

The Para-to-Teacher Tuition Support Program provides financial support to paraprofessionals who want to become special education teachers. The program has provided tuition support to more than 200 paraprofessionals since 2009. Participants must enroll in an undergraduate or graduate level initial certification program at an eligible college/university in Florida. 83% of paraprofessionals earned certification in Florida 86% of those maintain certification in Florida For further information regarding requirements and the online application, access the Para-to-Teacher Tuition Support Program website, paratoteacherprogram.com.
