Support Your Community and Become a Local Elementary School Teacher

The program curriculum will prepare you to teach core elementary education subjects such as reading, writing, mathematics, social sciences, and natural science. In addition, you’ll learn about child and adolescent development, study classroom management, and hone your communication skills. Your final two courses will be elementary education and reading internships, to provide you with the clinical hours needed to enter the field.
