(Bradenton, Fla., Feb. 25, 2025) — State College of Florida, Manatee-Sarasota (SCF) District Board of Trustees (BOT) held its regular monthly meeting on Feb. 25.

The board heard presentations on:

• President’s Report – Tommy Gregory, J.D., president, SCF.
• SCF Mission Moment – SCF Business and Technology: Jason Reed, associate professor, computer science and department chair, technology, SCF.
• Enrollment and Retention Update – Ryan Hale, Ph.D., vice president, institutional effectiveness, SCF, and Brittany Nielsen, Ph.D., vice president, student services and enrollment management, SCF.
• Fund Accounting Update – Julie Jakway, senior vice president, finance and administrative services, SCF.
• Appointment of Personnel No. 6HX14-2.06 Rule – Steven Prouty, vice president and general counsel, SCF.
• SCF Foundation Update – Cassandra Holmes, vice president of advancement and executive director, SCF Foundation.

The board approved:

• Nonfinancial and financial consent agenda items.
