We offer a range of student forms, including those for changing your address, name, or major, and can provide services such as early graduation, enrollment and degree verifications, and residency reclassification. International students on an F-1 student status must take special note to inform the College of a change of address as soon as possible. Failure to notify SCF could result in termination of a student’s status.

How to Register
Registration Questions
What is Go Live? Go Live with SCF Online is the live version of an online course. This instructional method allows you to meet with your instructor and classmates at specified dates and times to receive instruction from the comfort of your own home or another remote location. When registering or working on your schedule this instructional method will be labeled “SCF Live.”
Registration Requirements
In order to register, students must have completed the admissions process with the following documents on file in the Office of the Registrar:
- SCF application for admission;
- Florida residency statement and documentation;
- official high school transcript, or GED test scores, if required;
- official college transcript, if applicable; and
- placement test scores, if required.
Registration Holds
A student record may have a hold that prevents registration for classes. Typical reasons for a hold include financial obligations to the College or an incomplete student file.
To find out what type of hold is on a record, students can view holds via the Student Profile under the MySCF portal.
Selecting Courses
It is essential that students select their courses carefully, ensuring that coursework fulfills the requirements of their selected degree or certificate program. College and Career Success is available to assist students in planning a program of study that meets their educational and career goals. Additionally, students can self-asses using Degree Works.

Dropping Classes
Due to Non-payment of Tuition and Fees
Following registration, students are responsible for payment of all term tuition and fees by the deadlines published on the academic calendar. Students who fail to pay tuition and fees by the posted deadlines may have one or more courses dropped from their schedules for the term.
Students can attempt to re-register for courses online on a space-available basis during the regular add/drop period for the term. A student reinstated in classes is obligated to pay all tuition and fees on the day of registration, or the class(es) may be dropped from the student’s schedule again.
