Time off

State College of Florida offers a competitive paid time off package. 

Vacation Leave
Twelve-month full-time/part-time eligible employees will accrue vacation leave for each month or major fraction of a calendar month of service. 

Sick Leave
Twelve, ten, and nine month full-time/part-time eligible employees will accrue sick leave for each month or major fraction of a calendar month of service.

Sick Leave Pool
Twelve, ten, and nine month full-time/part-time eligible employees will be contacted once they meet the criteria for enrollment in the Sick Leave Pool

Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA)
Eligible employees may take up to twelve weeks of unpaid leave for qualified events.
