Alternative retirement plan for Adjunct employees. 

Florida Retirement System 
All employees that work 20 or more hours per week must participate in FRS. All employees participating in FRS contribute 3% of their pay to either the Pension Plan or the Investment Plan. For more information on FRS, please visit www.myfrs.com.

State Community College Optional Retirement Program (SCCORP)
Faculty, Directors, and above are eligible to join the State Community College Optional Retirement Program (SCCORP). Employees participating in SCCORP contribute 3% of their pay to the optional retirement plan they choose, the employer contribution is 5.15%, and vesting is immediate.
