Flexible Spending Account

A Flexible Spending Account (FSA) is an employer-sponsored plan that allows you to deduct dollars from your paycheck and put them into a special account that is protected from taxes. The money in a FSA account can be used for eligible health care and/or dependent care expenses incurred by you, your spouse and your dependents. FSA accounts are exempt from federal taxes, Social Security (FICA) taxes and, in most cases, state income taxes. Depending on your tax bracket, you may save up to 30% or more in taxes.

It is recommended that you create an account through www.eaglesbenefits.com. By doing this, you can:

  • order debit cards
  • check your personal balances,
  • find claim forms,
  • check the status of your claims, and
  • sign up for direct deposit

If you have any trouble with the website or have any questions about your account, you may contact Eagles at 800.726.5603.
