18 graduate semester hours in mathematics, statistics, applied science or related discipline courses in the teaching or application of algebra, calculus or finite mathematics + master's degree
or
a master's degree with a major in mathematics or statistics.

baccalaureate degree in business, business education, natural science, natural science education, computer science education, engineering, or other approved field (with substantial mathematics course work through at least calculus) and demonstrated competencies in the teaching discipline.

baccalaureate degree in the teaching discipline or an associate degree and demonstrated competencies in the teaching discipline (plus mathematics course work through calculus)
or
baccalaureate degree in business, business education, natural sciences, natural sciences education, computer science, computer science education or engineering (with substantial mathematics course work through at least calculus)
and
either teaching experience in mathematics or graduate training in remedial education.
