18 graduate semester hours in health, health and fitness, exercise physiology or physical education + master's degree
or 
a master's degree with a major in health, health and fitness, exercise physiology or physical education. Some faculty are credentialed based on outstanding professional experience, training and certification and demonstrated contributions to the teaching discipline as professionals. Examples of this would be: First Aid/CPR Instructors, PGA Golf Professionals, and Certified Professional Trainers.


master's degree in health services administration or related health area.
or
master's in business administration with work experience in the health care field or health related lower degree.
or
master's in computer science with health care experience.
or
master's in a health related field with computer experience.
or
doctorate in health services administration or related health area.




Appropriate academic preparation for health-related specialty area or
Academic preparation coupled with work experience (minimum academic preparation must be the same level at which the faculty member is teaching)
