Credentialing Parameters for Particular Disciplines

All degrees and course work must be obtained from regionally accredited colleges or universities.

EAP 1520 and 1620 (English for Academic Purposes - Reading)	X			18 graduate hours in TESOL, reading, or linguistics + master's degree or a master's degree with a major in TESOL, reading or linguistics.
EAP 1540, 1640 & 1660 (English for Academic Purposes - Writing & Grammar)	X			18 graduate hours in TESOL, English or linguistics + master's degree or a master's degree with a major in TESOL, English or linguistics.
ENC	X			18 graduate hours in literature or English, literature, or applied linguistics + master's degree or a master's degree with a major in English, literature, or applied linguistics or MFA in writing or creative writing.
