18 graduate semester hours in art or art history + master's degree
or
a master's degree in art history, or a master's of fine arts in a studio art.

(Note: Graduate courses in HUM with an emphasis in art appreciation and/or art history may be acceptable)

baccalaureate degree with emphasis in production with one or more of these areas: computer graphics, graphic design, visual communication, studio art, film, mass comunications, and photography
or
 an associate degree and demonstrated competencies in computer, graphic design, visual communication, studio art, film, photography, and mass communications.
