Financial Aid Forms

Our office is now requiring students to complete and submit their financial aid forms ONLINE.

This prevents you from having to complete a paper form and bring it in to our office. When you sign in to your MySCF account online and click on the appropriate form, you will be taken directly to that form and be able to complete and submit it immediately.

Our office will receive the documentation and have it processed within 7 – 10 business days. The new system will make the process of submitting financial aid documents much easier and more efficient. If you experience any difficulties, please feel free to contact our office.

Prospective Students

Please contact the Financial Aid Services office staff at SCF Bradenton or SCF Venice to determine if any documents are required.

Required Verification Forms

Required documents for financial aid are available online through student’s MySCF portal. The list below are in addition to documents required to establish eligibility for all federal aid programs.

The following must be completed in-person at the Financial Aid Office:

Please be sure to have a non-expired/current government issued ID with you, when completing this form in the Financial Aid Office. Examples: State Driver’s License, State ID Card, US Passport, Permanent Resident Card.

Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP)

• Documentation must be uploaded
• Incomplete appeals will be automatically denied.
