SCFs Certified Personal Trainer Hybrid Course Prepares for Level 1 Credential and Profession

(Bradenton, Fla., September 5, 2024) — State College of Florida, Manatee-Sarasota’s (SCF) Workforce Development offers a certified personal trainer hybrid course to gain practical, hands-on skills and experience to work in the fitness industry. World Instructor Training Schools’ instructors lead five online live lectures from 9 a.m.-noon and five in-person sessions at a local fitness center (to be determined) from 1-4 p.m. Saturdays from September 28 to October 26. The course and online exam costs $899. A textbook is required and available for an additional cost. Final written and practical national exams will take place on Saturday, November 9.
After successfully completing the course and online exam, participants earn a certificate of completion and can access a national pool of employment opportunities. After passing the national exam, participants earn a level 1 certified personal trainer credential.
