VA Work-Study

Open Work-Study Position Available in the Bradenton Vet Center! 

To be eligible to work as a VA Work-Study a student must be actively using VA Educational Benefits (certified) at a rate of full or 3/4 time, and they must be currently using one of the following programs: 

Post 9/11 GI Bill (Chapter 33) 
Montgomery GI Bill (Chapter 30)
REAP (Chapter 1607)
Select Reserve (Chapter 1606)
Dependent's Educational Assistance Program (Chapter 35)
Vocational Rehabilitation & Employment Program (Chapter 31)

There are limited VA Work-Study positions available at SCF.  Students who are interested should monitor this website and the College Central Network for current openings.  If a position does become available, please follow the process below.

STEP 1 Search for the VA Work-Study Job Posting on the College Central Network Website , and follow application instructions
STEP 2 Pre-screening interview in the Career Resource Center on your campus 
STEP 3 Interview with Veteran Advisor on your campus
STEP 4 Complete final VA documentation & Training
