FREE Yoga - Tuesdays from 1:45pm to 2:45pm in the Gym (bldg. 17, room 214). Please enter through the back entrance and head upstairs to the classroom. Come with an open mind and leave with a sense of bliss! Earn 50 wellpoints for each class (maximum of 300 wellpoints for fitness classes can be earned per semester).

"Stop the Bleed" Training - Thursday, Sept. 13th from 11:00am to 12:00pm in Bldg. 14 Room 147. This course will train civilians in the importance of an immediate response to bleeding, how to recognize life-threatening bleeding and appropriate ways to control bleeding. Earn 100 wellpoints for attendance.
