FREE Yoga Classes - Mondays from 4:00pm to 5:00pm and Fridays from 12:00pm to 1:00pm in the Selby Room (bldg. 800). Free for all SCF students and employees. Instructor: Zelena One. Earn 50 wellpoints for each class (maximum of 300 wellpoints for fitness classes can be earned per semester).

Survive Test Anxiety and Explore Tutoring Resources - September 5th from 5:00pm to 6:00pm in Building 400, Room 417. Hosted by SCF Special Academic Programs. Come to this session to learn how to survive test anxiety and explore the resources the Academic Resource Center can offer to you throughout the semester. Worth 50 wellpoints (maximum of 250 wellpoints can be earned from workshops per semester). Sign attendance sheet to verify attendance and earn wellpoints.

Blood Drive hosted by OneBlood - September 26th from 10:00am to 4:00pm. Find the Bg Red Bus to donate blood and or plasma. Earn 50 wellpoints for a successful donation.

October 2017

Degree Planning for Next Semester and Beyond - October 3rd from 5:00pm to 6:00pm in Building 400, Room 417. Hosted by SCF Special Academic Programs. This workshop will help students navigate the process and resources available to you as you make decisions on your intended major. We will explore Florida Shines, Career Coach and the SCF Degree Audit System. Worth 50 wellpoints (maximum of 250 wellpoints can be earned from workshops per semester). Sign attendance sheet to verify attendance and earn wellpoints.

Stress Management and Coping Strategies - October 24th from 5:00pm to 6:00pm in Building 400, Room 417. Hosted by SCF Special Academic Programs. How are you handling your stress? It’s mid-point in the semester…now, what? Learn some effective strategies to help reduce your stress. Learn academic performance strategies to help you finish the semester strong. Worth 50 wellpoints (maximum of 250 wellpoints can be earned from workshops per semester). Sign attendance sheet to verify attendance and earn wellpoints.
