January 2017

FREE Total Body class – Mondays from 12:00pm to 1:00pm (first class January 23rd) in Selby 800. Offered through Pride in Wellness. This is a dynamic, low impact whole body muscle conditioning class using dumbbells as a resistance tool and a mat as an easy approach to core development. Exercises will be modified to accommodate all fitness levels. Be prepared to work all your muscles! Worth 50 wellpoints for each class (maximum of 300 wellpoints for self-defense classes can be earned per semester).

FREE ZUMBA ClassThursdays from 5:00pm to 6:00pm (first class January 19th) in the Student Union. Offered through Pride in Wellness. A fun, Latin-inspired calorie torching, fat-burning cardiovascular exercise class without complex choreographies. This class will enhance your balance and flexibility, increase your stamina and muscle tone, and help you lose weight all while having fun with friends. Ditch the workout, join the party. Worth 50 wellpoints for each class (maximum of 300 wellpoints for ZUMBA classes can be earned per semester).

FREE Yoga classes – Mondays from 4:00pm to 5:00pm (first class January 23rd) AND Fridays (first class January 20th) from 12:00pm to 1:00pm in Selby 800. Worth 50 wellpoints for each class (maximum of 300 wellpoints for Yoga classes can be earned per semester).

February 2017
