Learn techniques to protect yourself and keep yourself safe through the use of martial arts.

Build your self defense, self confidence, and self discipline!  Self defense is  great for weight loss, toning and feeling terrific!

FREE for SCF Students and Staff!

Tuesdays beginning TBA 12:30pm to1:30pm

Located in the SCF Gymnasium, Building 17(use the inside entrance to gym)

 

WellPoints value: 

50 for each class attended (maximum of 300 Wellpoints)
