There is a $25.00 charge for each proctored test (up to 3 hours in length) and $50.00 for anything over 3 hours.  The fee covers the administration of the test instructions from the home institution, as well as completion of any and all forms associated for the proctoring session.

The student is responsible to provide a postage paid envelope to SCF when the student's institution requests that original tests be mailed back.

All fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
