Foundations of Service Excellence

This class is the cornerstone of the Service Excellence Institute and provides the learner with the critical foundation for understanding skills needed to provide excellent service in any workplace environment. The course will focus on universal principles, and encourage the creation of new habits and positive rituals that not only increase employee engagement but also enhance customer satisfaction. The class includes lecture, anecdotal illustrations, students' application of the principles to their work environment and role playing of the various techniques.

Closing Sales in One Call

This class teaches a nine-step sales discipline that, when applied in any selling environment, effectively shortens sales cycles and closes sales, often in a single meeting. Taught in a half-day class, it includes lecture, anecdotal illustrations, students’ application of the principles to their sales environment along with and role playing of the various techniques.

Dealing With Difficult People

This half-day class will equip the student to identify the qualities and characteristics of those customers, employees and colleagues who represent special challenges. Learn to identify what motivates them and what strategies are most likely to appeal to their individual goals, objectives and ambitions to resolve conflict and turn potential problems into opportunities. The class includes lecture, anecdotal illustrations, students’ application of the principles to their work environment and role playing of the various techniques
