QuickClass - Files & Folders-Gaining Better Control
This class will help computer users better understand the Windows file system when saving files on their computer and other drives. Get a better grasp of where files are saved to before you click "SAVE" so files don't "disappear". Also included is how to search for a file. Requirements: Basic skills using a Windows PC, keyboard and mouse, and opening and saving files.
QuickClass - Keyboard Shortcuts
Save time moving your hand back and forth to the mouse. There are thousands of keyboard shortcuts you can use. Learn many of the popular shortcuts in this clinic, sure to make your hands and project happy. Requirement: Basic to intermediate skills using a Windows PC (Windows 7 shortcuts will be presented in this class.) (Also: Word, Excel and Outlook shortcuts will be presented.)
QuickClass - Uploads & Downloads
Join this clinic to solve the mystery of attaching files to an email message. Learn the proper file formats for sending files, setting default programs for files, and opening incoming email attachments. Requirement: Be able to log into your personal email account via the Internet when you attend class, or create a free email account at Google gmail or Microsoft Hotmail or Yahoo prior to class and be able to log in to your account when class begins.)
QuickClass - Excel 2010 Macros
Optimize your time spent using Excel by incorporating the use of Macros for repetitive tasks and functions. This will help you streamline your work. Requirement: A minimum of Intermediate experience using Excel 2007 or 2010 on a Windows PC.
