This course introduces students to the e-mail features of Microsoft Outlook. Learn how to use the new Microsoft user interface (ribbons and control groups)as well as topics such as: Composing & Sending E-mail; Receiving E-Mail; Sending Attachments; Flagging Messages; E-Mail Management; Creating Contacts from Email; and much more.
Requirements: Basic skills using a Windows PC including a keyboard and mouse.

This course introduces students to the Contacts, Calendar, Tasks, Notes,and Journal features of Microsoft Outlook. Learn how to use the new Microsoft user interface (ribbons and control groups)as well as topics such as: Creating and Editing Contacts; Working with the Calendar; Scheduling Appointments; Scheduling Meetings; Creating and Editing Tasks; Creating Notes; Using Automatic Journaling, and much more.
Requirement: Outlook 2010 – Level 1 6hr.
