Upon verification of eligibility and an initial consultation, a dedicated growth acceleration consultant will conduct an in-depth business assessment, including an onsite visit.
Sustainable growth strategies will be developed, including shoring up financial practices, accessing capital, determining market diversification tactics and developing strategic business plans.
A business health assessment report will be provided that includes recommendations designed to aid you in effectively and efficiently growing your business. You will collaborate with your growth acceleration consultant through ongoing confidential consultation as necessary to implement both strategic and tactical plans.

Applications are now being accepted for the Florida SBDC Network's no-cost growth acceleration services. Interested businesses are required to submit a fully completed online application. The applicant must be willing to supply the Florida SBDC with current interim financial statements, the last three years of financial statements and other relevant information as required to complete the business health assessment report by the Florida SBDC growth acceleration consultant.
