Procedures for Catalog Class
Check off the names on the roster and sign your name
- For multiple day classes, you will be given two rosters. One is for you to record attendance for each day, the other is to be marked and returned to CCD at the end of the first session.
- Be sure to take the materials with you after each class. Leftover materials should be kept with the rest of the paperwork.
Have students complete the attendance verification forms and hand in evaluation forms - to be completed at the end of the class
- If a student is not registered - write their name and phone number on the roster and
mark their attendance as all others (must have the phone number). Please call the
office the next day to report the additional student (s).
- If students need certificate or corrected certificate - mark it clearly on the roster and a new one will be mailed to them.
Bradenton Campus: Please leave contract, attendance forms, roster, and leftover materials in your classroom when your class has finished.
Lakewood Ranch Campus: Please return contract, attendance forms, roster, and leftover materials to the front desk.
Venice Campus: Please return contract, attendance forms, roster, and leftover materials to the CCD office in room 809.
