Make Better Life Choices - We all want to make better life choices. Learn to recognize your patterns, reevaluate your life direction and make better choices. Class material is the novel “Coming Apart” by Diane E. Robertson and the accompanying Reading Group Discussion Questions. The book is divided into five sections: revolution, regression, reflection, recklessness and rebirth. Weekly discussions are based on each section, one at a time. There is opportunity to talk and write about your experiences, including your emotions. The action of putting it all on paper can be freeing and even life-changing. Men are welcome in this class, although it is primarily geared toward women. There is a $12 fee for course materials.
