Hot Pack Chair Massage

Learn how to use hot packs in giving a massage to someone in the seated position. You do not need a massage chair to perform this massage. Covered will be back, shoulders, arms, hands and scalp work.

Are you tired of the pharmaceutical approach to health and well-being? Are you ready to become actively engaged in preventative healthcare? Are you aware of your options? Listen, learn and participate in some simple steps you can take to fill your life with vitality. The class will teach massage techniques you can use to lower your stress and discomfort as well as stretches and other approaches to increase serenity in your life, so you can thrive, not merely survive. Please bring a mat, pillow and blanket to class to practice massage techniques on each other. 

Zumba

This Zumba fitness class has a fun, party-like atmosphere that makes you forget you are exercising while dancing to hot Latin and Caribbean music. It's simple to follow, you will have lots of fun and work your entire body. If you are intimidated by exercise, this is the class for you.
