Beginning Tai Chi
Tai Chi is a gentle set of exercises developed in China centuries ago. It consists of a series of easily learned, nonstrenuous movements promoting flexibility, coordination and stress reduction. Tai Chi is well-suited for everyone regardless of age.
Beginning Tennis for Adults
This four week tennis clinic for adults will focus on providing instruction and practice in the fundamentals of all strokes including: forehand, backhand, serve and volley. The clinic also focuses on learning the rules and strategy of the game and finding local tennis groups and leagues to play in.

National Posture Institute (NPI)
The 2-day onsite Posture Analysis and Correction Workshop developed by the National Posture Institute (NPI) teaches personal trainers/group instructors, athletic trainers and allied health/medical professionals to assess and educate their clients/patients in all areas of posture and body alignments. This workshop is 60% lecture and 40% interactive hands-on training. A hands-on approach is used for demonstrations and experiential learning in small group settings. Attendees that want to have their posture assessed should wear tank-tops, sleeveless t-shires or sports bras and shorts above the knee. Uniquely Ballet (Introductory Course)
What do the actors on "Glee" and "Smash" all have in common? They studied Ballet! Get a leg up on your performance by taking ballet classes.
*Ballet training enhances stage presence by defining how you move on stage.
*Ballet training is required for musical theater auditions and opera companies.
*Ballet and movement training is a requirement for undergraduate and graduate degree programs such as the Asolo Actors Training Program.
*Ballet training completes your education as a student and a performer.
Usui Reiki - Level 1
Students will receive hands-on practical education of the application of Usui Reiki energy for themselves and for others. After completion of this two day course, students will receive their Usui Reiki Level One Certification.
