Social ScienceStudents with an area of interest of Social and Behavioral Sciences and Human Services will be immersed in a socially conscious exploration of humanity. Studies include a range of topics that examine society, identity and social institutions.  The role of individuals in educational, historical, geographical, legal, political and psychological contexts is also explored. Opportunities for a broad range of work environments are available within this area of interest.

The Associate in Arts degree (A.A.) is for students who, upon graduation from SCF, transfer to a public or private college/university to earn a bachelor's degree in a specific area of study. Academic advisors are available to assist with program planning so that the proper academic program prerequisites are taken prior to successful transfer to the college/university from SCF.
