MCC Studio 84 Productions Presents "Ah Wilderness!"

(Bradenton, Fla., Nov. 7, 2008) - Manatee Community College (MCC) Studio 84 Productions will present "Ah Wilderness!," at 8 p.m., Nov. 14, 15, 17 and 20-22 and 2 p.m., Nov. 16, in the new David S. and Anne V. Howard Studio Theatre, located in the Music and Theatre Building, building number 11, at MCC Bradenton, 5840 26th St. West.

Taking place in an idyllic Connecticut town over the July Fourth weekend of 1906, this classic comedy offers a tender retrospective portrait of small town family values, teenage growing pains and young love. MCC Associate Director of Theatre Dean Anthony will play the father in this production. He has an MFA in Acting from the Florida State University/Asolo Conservatory and has directed nine shows at MCC. The play also features cast members Rachael Bayor, Adam Condor, Rhett Davis, Joshua Fishbein, Jenna Gagliano, Michael Jorgensen, Janet Raines, Mariana Rocha, Dayton Sinkia, Katelyn Studer and Zachary Yowarski. The director of the play will be John W. James, retired MCC director of theatre.
