Phi Theta Kappa Chapter Hosts Video Series
Video presentations on "Paradox of Affluence: Choices, Challenges and Consequences" will be shown from 6 to 7:30 p.m., Nov. 5 and Dec. 2, in the Family Heritage House Museum at Manatee Community College (MCC) Bradenton, 5840 26th St. West. The free video series is sponsored by MCC's Nu Zeta chapter of the Phi Theta Kappa (PTK) honor society. Follow-up discussions will be led by MCC faculty members.

Dr. Michael Galaty's video on Dec. 2 explores "Archaeological Evidence for the Origins of Affluence." Domestication of plants and animals, transition from hunting and gathering to agriculture, and resulting changes to prehistoric social life will be discussed.
Seating is limited. Those who wish to attend should RSVP Jennifer Quick, PTK advisor, at firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling 941-752-5468.
