Register Now for MCC Summer Classes
(Bradenton, Fla., April 15, 2008) - Enrollment is under way for Summer term classes at Manatee Community College (MCC). First-time college students must make appointments for orientation prior to Web registration, which is available to all students who have completed the admission process.
Summer A classes begin May 6 and end June 12. Summer C classes begin May 6 and end July 22. Summer B classes begin June 18 and end July 24. Admission information is available on MCC's Web site at mccfl.edu/Admissions. View class offerings at mccfl.edu/ClassSchedules.
Programs are offered leading to two-year degrees in associate in arts, associate in applied science and associate in science, and one-year certificates. Day and evening classes are held at MCC Bradenton, 5840 26th St. West; MCC Venice, 8000 S. Tamiami Trail; and the Center for Innovation and Technology at MCC Lakewood Ranch, 7131 Professional Parkway East; online; and at several off-site locations..
Regular student services office hours at MCC Bradenton and MCC Venice are 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Friday. When summer hours begin May 5, offices will close at 12:30 p.m. on Friday. Tuition is $73.82 per hour for Florida residents and $271.04 per hour for nonresident students.
