Academic Resource Center
A broad range of personalized tutorial assistance and resources are provided in these facilities located in both Bradenton and Venice.

Assessment & Testing Center
Group and individual testing is available for academic placement, as well as affective and career assessments.

Career Resource Center
Career information and exploration of job opportunities both on and off campus is available at this office.

Disability Resource Center
A broad range of services are provided for students with documented disabilities.


Financial Aid

Information and assistance is available concerning scholarships, grants, student loans and campus employment.


Library
The SCF Library provides access to print, electronic and media resources. Librarians are available to instruct students and faculty in making the best use of these resources.


SCFConnect (old MyMCC)
A Web resource that allows student (with an ID and PIN #) to register for classes, review grades, access financial aid records, and review unofficial transcripts.


Educational Records
SCF admissions application, student I.D.s, transcript evaluations, change of residency, grade change, transcripts and graduation application are done here.


Student Success Resources

A web resource that includes both on-line programs provided by Title III as well as links to a wide range of web resources.

Provides access to computers for students enrolled in Computer Science classes to work on class assignments. Entry-level tutorial assistance available.

Business Lab

Provides access to computers for students enrolled in business classes to work on class assignments. Business applications as well as tutorial assistance in Accounting are available during scheduled hours.

Resources and tutorial assistance are offered for students enrolled in specific developmental classes. Materials are available to support instruction in Spanish, French and German. The English Electronic classroom provides a full PC lab for groups of students or classes to use on an appointment available basis.

eLearning and Disabled Students

Manatee Community College, in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act will provide classroom and academic accommodations to students with documented disabilities. Students who need to request an accommodation in an eLearning class due to a disability, or who suspect that their academic performance is affected by a disability, need to contact the Disability Resource Center (DRC).
