All degrees and course work must be obtained from regionally accredited colleges or universities.

Course Prefix	UP	OT	CP	Minimum Requirements
HLP, HSC, LEI, PEL, PEM, PEN, PEO	X			18 graduate semester hours in health, health and fitness, exercise physiology or physical education + master's degree or a master's degree with a major in health, health and fitness, exercise physiology or physical education. Some faculty are credentialed based on outstanding professional experience, training and certification and demonstrated contributions to the teaching discipline as professionals. Examples of this would be: First Aid/CPR Instructors, PGA Golf Professionals, and Certified Professional Trainers.
