Automotive Service Manager Technology: This program prepares students for employment in mid-management positions in the automotive service business environment or provides supplemental training for persons employed in automotive occupations. The program provides instruction  in the areas of planning, organizing, directing and controlling of a business, with emphasis on selected theories of management and decision making and the knowledge and understanding necessary for managing people and functions in the automotive service industry.

A.S. in Business Administration and Management: This program is designed for students who intend to seek immediate employment in a business environment, are presently employed in a business environment and want to enhance their business skills, or want to pursue a bachelor's degree. The program provides a thorough foundation of fundamental business principles and practices. By choosing this program of study, students will ensure that their education will prepare them for immediate employment and the opportunity to pursue a bachelor's degree.

Business Administration/Accounting: This program prepares students to immediately  enter the accounting profession after graduation. This program prepares students to perform the functions of basic bookkeeping, e.g., accounts/receivable and payable, prepare personal income taxes, use Quick Books Pro to do various accounting applications for small business and cost projects or products in a manufacturing environment. The A.S. degree can also transfer to the University of South Florida A.S. to Bachelor of Applied Science Degree Program.

Business Administration/Management: This program prepares students for employment in midmanagement positions in a variety of business environments. The A.S. degree can also transfer to the University of South Florida A.S. to Bachelor of Applied Science Degree Program in specific concentrations. The program includes instruction in the areas of planning, organizing, directing and controlling a business, with emphasis on selected theories of management and decision making and the knowledge and understanding necessary for managing people and functions.

Business Administration/Marketing: This program prepares students for employment in the field of marketing, including sales, advertising and retail management. The program provides instruction in the areas of marketing, advertising, retailing, management and personal selling as they relate to the business world. Emphasis is on practical real-life settings with a minimum of theory. Basic communications, problem solving and dealing effectively with people are all stressed in this program. The A.S. degree can also transfer to the University of South Florida A.S. to Bachelor of Applied Science Degree Program.

A.S. in Industrial Man. Tech./Hospitality Man./Culinary Arts: This program enables students who have gained competency in the technical institute postsecondary adult vocational level to acquire an associate of science degree and to transfer for bachelor of applied science degree. This is an articulated program between Manatee Technical Institute, SCF and the University of South Florida Sarasota-Manatee.

In addition to the associate degrees, SCF offers certificates in Accounting Applications, Business Management and Marketing.
