Engineering Technology Technical Certificate

The purpose of this program is to prepare students for employment in engineering technology and related occupations. The program also provides updated training for incumbent workers employed as production technicians in manufacturing, electronics, industrial design, biomedical and related industries. The degree consists of three credit certificates: engineering support specialist, electronics and AutoCAD. It is recommended that students complete the engineering support core prior to matriculating in the specializations. The 18-hour engineering technical support core has been aligned with the Manufacturing Skills Standard Council's (MSSC) industry certification.
