Instructions on How to Register and Pay Online.
Register by Mail
Include a completed registration form (pdf file, please print and fill out) along with your Social Security number and
payment and send to Corporate & Community Development, P.O. Box 1849, Bradenton, FL
34206. Forms of payment accepted are: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, personal
check or cash. Please make checks payable to State College of Florida. (Please do
not send cash in the mail.)

At any of our the Corporate & Community Development Offices:
Bradenton: Professional Development Center (Bldg. 18), 5840, 26th St. West.
Office hours are 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday-Thursday, until 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
Lakewood Ranch: Center for Innovation & Technology, 7131 Professional Parkway East.
Office hours are 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday-Thursday, until 4:30 p.m. on Friday, and
8 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday.
Venice: Professional Development Center, Room 809, 8000 S. Tamiami Trail.
Office hours are 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
