All degrees and course work must be obtained from regionally accredited colleges or universities.

EAP (English for Academic Purposes)			X	Bachelor's degree in TESOL, English, reading or a related education field or an associate degree and demonstrated competencies in the teaching discipline
EAP 1520 and 1620	X			18 graduate hours in TESOL, reading, linguistics, or related field + master's degree or a master's degree with a major in TESOL, reading, linguistics, or related field.
EAP 1540 and 1640	X			18 graduate hours in TESOL, English, linguistics, or related field + master's degree or a master's degree with a major in TESOL, English, linguistics, or related field.
ENC	X			18 graduate hours in literature or English or related field + master's degree or a master's degree with a major in English or literature
ENC (College Prep)			X	Bachelor's degree in English, reading, literature, language arts or a related education degree or an associate degree and demonstrated competencies in the teaching discipline
