Volunteer Application

The application may be submitted electronically or printed and sent by fax or mail.

Applications completed electronically can be saved to your computer and e-mailed to wisharj@scf.edu as an attachment. If you experience difficulty in submitting electronically, please fax or send to the address below.

Printed applications can be faxed to 941-727-6089 or mailed to State College of Florida, Volunteer Services, 5840 26th Street W, Bradenton, FL  34207.
